At PC Express, we want to ensure your hardware meets your performance standards, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most electronic components and peripherals. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PC Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Hardware

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and manufacturer boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our technical inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
